    To identify and build sales and business development opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

    We are an exciting Australian small business creating functional, safe and fun sensory teethers, toys and kids chew pendants. We supply our products to retailers, Occupational Therapists and distributors globally.

    OVERVIEW OF ROLE

    The role requires a refreshed approach to improving our domestic sales as well as international sales. Working with large chain stores throughout Australia and strengthening these existing relations as well as looking for further opportunities. Leading and working in collaboration with our dynamic team and our network of Sales Representatives around Australia is critical to success. Internationally this role requires the delivery of incremental market share growth to achieve annual revenue targets, working with our existing distributors to grow these relationships as well as finding new global partners.

    WHAT THEY’LL DO

    • Identify new markets and opportunities for sales, drive incremental growth and develop new business opportunities
    • Liaise with existing international distributors and manage their ordering and sales process
    • Liaise with key account holders of domestic accounts
    • Work with team of sales reps to optimise opportunities
    • Be integral to planning the marketing of product launches, sales strategies, promotions and campaigns
    • Work with the logistics team and assist with stock forecasting and order projecting
    • Show leadership, strategic thinking, planning, and support management with strategic objectives

    HOW THE ROLE WORKS

    We are flexible with the hours of this role. It may suit a parent returning to work and the hours can grow from part time to full time. Alternatively if you are ready to jump straight in it can be a full time role too. Competitive remuneration package

    Our warehouse and office are located in Peakhurst, Sydney. We are open to a mix of working in the office and from home.
