Yes, we use FDA (Federal Drug Administration) approved silicone. Our silicone products are also BPA-free and non-toxic.

Silicone is odourless and tasteless and most importantly silicone will not support the growth of mould or bacteria.

Jellystone Designs has regular independent toxicity testing.

These tests also confirm that our tested products comply with European Standard EN 71 part 3 Migration of certain elements, and the equivalent specifications to the Australian Standard for Toy Safety, AS NZS ISO 8124.1-2010.

Clean your product before use. We recommend using warm soapy water.

Products made entirely of silicone (like our Rainbow Stacker) can be cleaned using a steriliser, placed in a dishwasher or washed with warm soapy water.

Products that include timber (like our Moon Teether) or cotton cord (like our Robot Pendant) can be washed with warm soapy water or wiped with a damp cloth.

For specific care instructions, please see the instruction manual provided with the product.

The DIY Calm Down Bottle is appropriate for ages 3+ with parental supervision.

Our silicone teether range is suitable for ages 0+ to be used with parental supervision.

Jellystone Juniors range is designed for children aged 3+ to wear. Jellystone Kids Chew Pendant range is not suitable for children under 3 yrs.

Although not originally designed for this purpose the children’s line of products (from feedback from parents) has provided some relief for children with sensory needs.

Due to vast range of needs and the diversity of the spectrum these products my not be suitable for all children. Please use your own discretion and use under adult supervision. These jewellery pieces are not indestructible and therefore will need to be monitored and replaced if damaged. The timeframe in which this occurs will be faster with more aggressive chewers. – Please also note that children with fully developed teeth or aggressive biters may be able to damage Jellystone Designs, therefore adult supervision is advise

Our Change Mats are made from Neoprene and add an extra layer of comfort and cleanliness to bubs during changing time.

They are machine washable and colour fast.

The Calm Down Bottle is the perfect activity for quiet time and focusing. Kids love to watch the glitter float and the sparkles swirl.

To create the Calm Down Bottle:

1. Remove the silicone end caps and open your bottle.

2. Open your packet of magical, swirling sparkles and empty it into the bottle, then fill with warm water.

3. Firmly secure the lid and shake.

4. Fit your silicone end caps to the bottle and your Calm Down Bottle is ready to go.

The instructions for the DIY Calm Down Bottle should also be provided with the product.

Simply cut to desired length (allowing for 1.5cm extra for knot) and re-thread clasp and knot cord.

From our own testing the necklace clasp under tension opens at approximately 4.5LB, pendant clasp has an approximate opening point at 3.2 LB.

If you would like your order quicker we offer Australia Post Express Post or TNT. If you would like to use either one of these services, please inform us and we will provide you with a custom quote for your order.

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we require Australia Post to obtain a signature upon delivery. However, if you prefer to authorize Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address, you can select the 'Authority to Leave' option during checkout and provide specific instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box. Please be aware that Australia Post exercises discretion in delivery, and if no secure location is available, they may redirect the order to the nearest Post Office. If you later decide to change your delivery preference, you can do so through the 'MyPost' portal provided by Australia Post.

It's important to note that selecting 'Authority to Leave' means assuming responsibility for any potential risks associated with leaving the order unattended. We may not be able to assist you in case of loss or theft. We strongly advise against opting for 'Authority to Leave' unless you have a guaranteed safe and secure location for your order.

If you are missing items or have received damaged stock in your order, please email us at jellysales@jellystonedesigns.com.au within 7 days to rectify the issue.

Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only.

All our pieces are designed in Australia and responsibly made in China by our manufacturing partners. We have developed strong long-term relationships with our manufacturers who work collaboratively with our Australian design team to bring Jellystone products to life.
