    If you would like your order quicker we offer Australia Post Express Post or TNT. If you would like to use either one of these services, please inform us and we will provide you with a custom quote for your order.

    To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we require Australia Post to obtain a signature upon delivery. However, if you prefer to authorize Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address, you can select the 'Authority to Leave' option during checkout and provide specific instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box. Please be aware that Australia Post exercises discretion in delivery, and if no secure location is available, they may redirect the order to the nearest Post Office. If you later decide to change your delivery preference, you can do so through the 'MyPost' portal provided by Australia Post.

    It's important to note that selecting 'Authority to Leave' means assuming responsibility for any potential risks associated with leaving the order unattended. We may not be able to assist you in case of loss or theft. We strongly advise against opting for 'Authority to Leave' unless you have a guaranteed safe and secure location for your order.


    If you are missing items or have received damaged stock in your order, please email us at support@jellystonedesigns.com.au within 7 days to rectify the issue. Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only.
